Foreign Shipping Policy - Non US, its Territories, or Canada​
PLEASE NOTE: Mott Media only ships to the United States, its Territories, and Canada - Orders placed to countries other than these will be refunded. If you have international shipping needs, please visit one of our resellers that ship around the world. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping rates will be added by PayPal in the shopping cart at checkout. You will be able to see what your shipping charges will be before you commit to purchase. Shipping is based on the total cost of the products you are purchasing.
Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Shipped Publications:
These items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a replacement of the item. You must call Customer Service at 810-714-4280 and receive a Return Authorization before returning the item. If we request that you return the item, we will pay for return shipping. In the case of an item or items damaged in shipping please keep all packing materials as we may need them to file a claim with the shipping company. We will ship a replacement item(s) to you at our expense.

Wrong Item Ordered or Unwanted Publications:
These items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price of the item. Sorry, shipping costs are not included in the refund. If you wish to exchange an item or items with other publications we will apply the refund to your exchange order.

*All digital and damaged (misfit books) product sales are final and are not eligible for returns.
Shipping Policy
We have three methods of shipping:
1) Standard Shipping which is to the 48 contiguous states of: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District Of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Not available for: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, P.O. Boxes, or Canada.
With our Standard Shipping Service your package(s) will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) - First Class Mail. Standard Service Orders usually leave our warehouse in one or two business days. Delivery times range from 2 to 6 business days (Monday through Friday excluding Holidays) from the ship date. Please note: the ship date does not count as one of the business days. Delivery times vary depending on your distance from our warehouse which is located in the State of Michigan. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

2) Priority Shipping which is to all States and Territories as well as Military Mail: Alabama, Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District Of Columbia, Federated States of Micronesia, Florida, Georgia, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Marshall Islands, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Palau, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virgin Islands, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Armed Forces - AA, Armed Forces - AE, Armed Forces - AP.
Not available for: Canada (Please see Shipping to Canada below).
With our Priority Shipping your package(s) will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) - Priority Mail. Priority Shipping Orders usually leave our warehouse in one business day. The average delivery time is 3 business days (Monday through Friday excluding Holidays) from the ship date. We are also able to ship to P.O. Boxes through Priority Mail. Please note: the ship date does not count as one of the business days. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
3) Shipping to Canada which is to all the Provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon.
With our Shipping Service for Canada your package(s) will be shipped via standard mail. Orders usually leave our warehouse in one or two business days. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. The average delivery time varies but is usually less than 10 business days (Monday through Friday excluding Holidays) from the ship date. Please note: the ship date does not count as one of the business days. Customer is responsible for any taxes imposed.
